Here’s our version of Crispy Chicharron Mushroom Recipe “Chicharong Bulaklak” using a deep-fried Oyster Mushrooms. It’s appetizingly simple and crunchy! But using mushrooms makes it a healthier alternative to the real one. Matched with Apple Cider Cucumber Vinegar, and also, it will be difficult not to finish off the plate.

Crispy Chicharron Mushroom

Procedure

For the apple cider cucumber vinegar. Chop 3 pieces of cloves garlic and 1 piece of red onion. And also, half piece of cucumber cut into cubes. Prepare 1 cup of apple cider vinegar, with a half tablespoon of salt. Add 2 tablespoons of crushed black pepper and mix with onion, garlic, and cucumber. Add a little bit of siling labuyo as desired. And now, your dipping sauce is ready to serve.

And Crispy Chicharron Mushroom Recipe, prepare 100 grams of Fresh Cultured Oyster Mushroom. Cut the stem of the mushroom. Save the stem for vegetable broth. Now, prepare 1 cup of flour, and 1 cup of cornstarch. Add 1 tablespoon of black pepper, and 2 tablespoons of paprika. Add half tablespoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. Mix well, for your mushroom coating.

Now coat all your mushroom and set aside. Prepare your cooking oil with the right amount of heat. Fry your basil leaves first then set aside. Deep fry your mushroom until golden brown. Drained the Oyster Mushroom Chicharron. And serve with the basil leaves, and dipping sauce.
